Today we are showcasing our My Best Pal stamp set and its coordinating dies My Best Pal – Penguin Perfect Cuts. This set is perfect for birthday, just-because cards and will easily brighten someone’s day. Why not send a card featuring these cute little puppies to your loved ones on their special day. These little critters are so adorable and this set is just a must-have for dog lovers!
Trisha shares with us this fun card with a scene where the critters are playing on a green field. She used foam tapes on all of the images to give a bit more dimension to the card. I love how she added a pull tab on her card to make it look like the puppy tied to the balloons was flying up into the sky – how cute is that!
For Jeannie’s card, she stamped out the puppies directly onto her card. She did a wonderful job colouring them and did a beautiful hand-drawn lawn at the base of the card. I love the ink blended sky in the background with the bright white die-cut clouds which set the scene for the critter tied to the balloons. The cyan blended sky also matches nicely with the added edge detail on her card, while the sentiment Happy Birthday stamped in black ink pops out nicely on the white background.
You might remember Cassie’s card which you had a glimpse of during our Penguin Palace Preview. I love the overall tone of the card which just gives a fun and happy vibe! Not only she used our Cross Stitched and Dots Large Rectangle Overlays to add the detailing on the boarder, she also used our Pawsome Background stand-alone die which matches perfectly with the My Best Pal stamps or any other doggies related stamps that you may own.
Anja created this unique sepia tone Happy Birthday card with the stamp set. I love the distress ink blending cloudy background she created. She also used our Cross Stiched and Dots Large Rectangle Overlays to add detailing to the boarder.
Ali did a cheer-up card by white heat embossing the very positive sentiments included in the set. The positive message could easily bring a smile on anyone’s face. Besides the Cross Stitched and Dots Large Rectangle Overlays, I also love the texture she gave to the clouds cut-out using our Elegant Backwash Premium Fine Paper fine paper.
A big Thank-You to our wonderful and talented Design Team! Head over to their blog for more details on these cards.
