Today, I’d like to officially welcome Noga for joining our DT. We are super excited!

Noga shares with us a beautiful card she created using our Sending Kisses Your Way stamp set, and Sending Kisses Your Way Penguin Perfect Cuts.

I love the color blending she did using faded jeans and peacock feathers distress oxide ink. The white paint splatter gave it a dreamy galaxy look.
