Today, we are going to focus on another new stamp set and its coordinating dies. Throughout this week we will continue to feature the rest of our Fall/Winter Release with sample projects from our talented Creative Team, so be sure to stay with us!

Today we are showcasing our Lucky Break stamp set and its coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts! This has got to be the very first teddy bear themed slot machine clear stamp out there!! Stamp out your favourite spinning symbols on the wheels and send good-luck vibes to your loved ones with these adorable images! This set is just so much fun!
Now let’s check out some amazing samples from our talented creative team!
First we have Vera and her charming creation. I’ve always loved her cards with the light and dreamy color tone. She chose water color as the medium this time. I really love how it looks.
The bold black sentiments really stand out from the background and the clear sequins add a nice finishing touch to the card!
Next we have Anja! She ink blended Mustard Seed and Pumice Stone Distress Oxide ink over white cardstock. I love the splatter of gold water color over the background!
I love how she added acetate to mimic the glass panels on the machine! I also love the gold heat-embossed letters “JACKPOT!!”.
Next we have Davina with her lovely bold and bright “raspberry lemonade” hued card!
I really love the vivid colours that she chose and the fun scene she’d created! From the blended background, the colourful images, choice of big scripty word, sentiments, the patterned paper, she executed this card to perfection! Love the white heat embossed sentiment that pops on the black cardstock, and all the white gel pen accents!
Next we have our Guest Designer, Megan’s card. Instead of using the slot machine image from the set, she chose the little foxy and the tiger playing in a card game!
I love the layering she has on this card. The different patterns/colors on the cardstock layers compliment nicely with colors she put on the stamped images.
Finally, below is a card I made. I thought why not have 3 slot machines all spilling out lucky coins at the same time! I used the Cross Stitched and Dots Large Rectangle Overlays – Stand-Alone Die on Splendorlux Argento – Heavy Weight Premium Cardstock for my card base. On top of that I used The Sandstone Series – Precious Gem – Premium Fine Paper with the Cross Stitched and Dots Small Rectangle Overlays – Stand-Alone Dies. To give even more layering to the card, I die cut some jagged edged and zig/zag shapes from the Fancy Hearts Scalloped Boarders and Dynamite Explosion Boarders Set – Stand-Alone Die.
I chose some vibrant Copic markers on the slot machines to match the Sandstone Series fine papers. I stamped out all the different symbols on the spinning wheels and lined up the same ones across the middle line to mimic a JACKPOT on ALL of the slot machines! 🙂 I finished off the card with a silvery powder heat embossed sentiment “MAY THE ODDS BE EVER IN YOUR FAVOR”, and added some extra coins on foam tape to create some more dimension to the card! I hope you like it!
