so blessed

A Heartwarming Friendship Card by Mimi!

Hi and welcome back! Today we have another inspiration by Mimi to share with you!

I just love the idea of this floral decorated chalk board like frame to set the stage for the heartwarming sentiment!

She stamped out the floral image from the So Blessed stamp set 4 times, colored with Copic markers and die cut them using the Coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts.

The frame was die cut using woodgrain type paper and ink blended with Gathered Twig Distress Oxide, splattered with Distress ink Walnut Stain.

Her sentiment was white heat embossed with a little splatter of white ink for the extra detail!

Thank you so much Mimi for sharing this stunning friendship card with us!

A Stylish Floral Card with Ashley!

Hi friends, we’re back today with Ashley’s gorgeous card.

I just love the overlays on this card! Ashley used the Summer Blossom stencil on a piece of white cardstock.

With the Stencils 360°TM tool, she blended Distress Oxide inks on the Summer Blossom Stencil using Picked Raspberry, Wilted Violet, Cracked Pistachio, and Squeezed Lemonade, at a rotation angle of 22.5 degrees. Sounds difficult? Not all all, just jump from one Heart symbol to another, and it’s super easy to do and takes very little time!

The “Thank You” sentiment from the Heartfelt Notes stamp set was stamped directly in the middle of the panel using Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide ink. This stamp is designed to fit perfectly in the middle of this Summer Blossom Design!

Her card was cut using the largest Dots-Meets-Dashes rectangle die which gives her this standard A2 size card with the lovely border detailing. The color combination on this card is just stunning!

Thank you so much for your beautiful inspiration Ashley!
