Now let’s jump right in! Today is our showcase of the We Are Right For Each Other stamp set & coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts; and our very first set Alphabet dies, Fairyland Alphabets! Get excited because we have brought you the cutest critters ever! You can easily mix and match the sentiments included, stamp them onto the puzzle pieces and have loads of fun putting them together!

Our Creative Team and Guest Designer has made the most amazing samples featuring these products! First up we have Candice’s creation!

I love the way she sectioned her mini slimline to display all these cuties! They look like they‘re sitting on different levels of a shelf! Her images are colored so beautifully and I love the perfectly blended Distress Oxide background!

Next up is Julie’s beautiful dreamy card!

The no line coloring job she did is incredible!

I love how she used circle die cuts to house her images. Together, they go seamlessly with of the gorgeous bokeh background!

Next we have Karen’s duo-tone card. She kept her card relatively simple and blended a light grey background with the Handcrafted Porcelain stencil. She stamped out “Really Lucky to have you” on the bear and fox images to create her focal point.

I love how the silvery embellishments add just the right amount of sparkle to this subtle background!

For today’s showcase, I’m super excited to have Yan Au and Keiko Ichikawa Guest Designing for us!

Yan created a rainbow hue slimline that is so bright and cheerful!

The watercolor background is so colorful and full of energy! I love the way she colored the puzzle pieces in matching colors to tie in everything! The sentiment You Are Special in Every Way is from the Unity and Frienship Quotes stamp set, also from our latest release.

Keiko made a whimsical garden scene with a dreamy pastel blue sky to showcase these adorable critters!

She die-cut MISS YOU in rainbow hue cardstocks multiple times using the Fairyland Alphabets and stacked them up for the added dimension. I love the added glossy accents on these quirky fonts for the extra glow!

Now let’s jump right in! Today is our showcase of the Legend Of The Koi stamp set & coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts; and our first set of Layered Dies, the Butterfly Emergence 2 in 1 Layered Dies!

Our Creative Team has made the most amazing samples! We also have new videos coming up this week over on our YouTube Channel. Be sure to check them out later in the week to get more inspirations!

First up we have Stefanie’s creation featuring the Legend Of The Koi stamp set.

This layering stamp set is so much fun to play with. Stefanie chose different layers from this stamp set to create these two gorgeous koi fish. I love her watercolor background which compliments the fish beautifully.

I am loving the gold heat embossed sentiment as well! The details on these koi are just stunning!

Next up is Julie’s creation!

She used the new Handcrafted Porcelain stencil to create this gorgeous background. I love the splash of paint for the added movement. Her koi are super sharp and eye catching!

The white heat embossed sentiment on black cardstock finishes the card perfectly.

There are just so many different combinations you can use to stamp out the koi. I thought I’d showcase four of them by using a slimline card!

For my background I used the Slimline Oriental Cover die. I wanted some shimmer on the background so I decided to do a shaker card.

This is a no-bulk shaker, which means I did not use any foam tape for my shaker pocket but instead I only used some double-sided adhesive. This way, there is just enough movement but not too much that it would be too distracting.

I used Versafine Onyx Black to stamp out the outlines of my koi fish and clear heat embossed them to get a shiny finish.

Our next showcase is the Butterfly Emergence 2 in 1 Layered Dies. I am in love with this Layered die set because this is so versatile and gives gorgeous results! You can simply use the Set 1 cover dies to create an exquisite look of a colorful layered butterfly emerging from a dotted sunburst background; or use Set 2 alone for a beautifully layered butterfly with intricate details.  You can even combine the two sets for the extra dimension! 

First we have Candice’s creation. Even though she did not used all of the layers for this card, you can already see the beautiful details that this die set gives!

I love the white on white background. The Sentiment on this card is from the Enchanting Paris stamp set.

Finally, we have here my A2 size card. Using ALL seven dies from this set I die cut all the pieces using Navy Blazer for layer 1 (the very bottom layer), and Grape Macaron for layer 3, and Lime Punch for layer 4 (the very top layer). In each respective layer, I adhered Set 2 on top of Set 1, to create this extra depth to my card. I then adhered all layers together starting with layer 1 on the bottom, working my way up to layer 4 at the top.

I blended Twisted Citron, Salvaged Patina, and Cracked Pistachio on my note card and adhered my layered die cuts onto my note card. I also added a a white heat embossed sentiment from our Heartfelt Note stamp set on to the matching Navy Blazer cardstock.

Finally I added some mixed sized and colors gems to give it the extra sparkle.

For my next card, I used the stand-alone butterfly dies from Layer 1 and Layer 4 to create this inlaid butterfly. This is a fun way to make full use of this die set.

I used the new Handmade Porcelain Stencil for my background, and I stamped out Heartfelt thanks from the Heartfelt Notes stamp set. I mixed and match some glitter cardstock with the Lime Punch cardstock for this technique. For the outline of the butterfly I used the deep Navy Blazer cardstock which I thought really gives the butterfly a sharp defined look.

Now let’s get to the rest of the “Around The World” collection of stamps! First we have Enchanting Paris! The French capital is one of the most romantic cities in Europe! Let this stamp set be your inspiration for building a romantic scene! The adorable poodle and the landmarks are just irresistible!

Sidewalk Scene Builder Penguin Perfect Cuts

How adorable is Gladys’s soft-toned slimline card! I love her color choices for the scene, it’s so dreamy! To set the scene, she used the Sidewalk Scene builder Penguin Perfect Cuts for the lower portion of the card. This die cut is really handy for creating street scenes and is a must-have in your craft room! The stamped images were nicely laid out across the panel that was die cut from the Dotted Borders Slimline Pull Tab stand-alone die. Notice the little cut-out details that the garden bench die cut give? She finished off her card with a sweet sentiment!

Ashley created a romantic snowy scene birthday card with this set. She also used the Sidewalk Scene builder Penguin Perfect Cuts to set the scene. I love how she ink-blended it slightly at the bottom with Distress Oxide ink in Tea Dye and that she added a strip of bright green cardstock above it for the pop of color! I’m loving the snowy background! Her images were all arranged onto a slimline card base (3.5×8.5 inches) die cut from the Dotted Borders Slimline Pull Tab stand-alone die. To finish off, she scattered some sequins for the extra sparkle!

Next on our list is the Beautiful Africa set! If you love creating with critters you’re going to fall in love with this set as it’s got some of the cutest animals!

Stephanie has created this fun scene of the safari! The wavy slope was die cut from Desert Landscape Scene builder and splattered with Distress Ink in Ground Espresso. I love the sentiment in this set “Time to soak up the sun” which is super versatile! I love how she gave the little girl and the lion matching color outfits which even coordinate with the color of the jeep! It’s like a little team of safari explorers! And how adorable are the giraffe and the elephant!

Candice used a simple masking technique where she cut a circle from a piece of copy paper and taped it down to her card panel. Next, she used the stamps from the Beautiful Africa set to build her scene directly on the panel for a one-layer card! I love the way she overlaid the images one by one to create depths, so beautifully done!! After stamping out her scene she colored them all with Copics. I just love the colorful scene which really pops over the white background!

Finally I’d like to introduce the Aloha Hawaii stamps set & coordinating dies! This set has some of the cutest images ever! You can create so many different scenes with this set!

Allison made a bright portrait slimline. She cut out her beige panel using the Dotted Borders Slimline Pull Tab die. She also cut out three frames using the Polaroid die cut from the Twist-N-Pop stand-alone die to house her fun images! What a clever way to use this die! Her card is so bright & colorful and full of positive energy!

Each of the new stamp sets in this release is themed to a unique destination “Around the World”! Ashley created a fun scene with our Bond With Nature Canada stamp set & coordinating dies. Her card was assembled on a mini-slimline background measuring 3.5 x 6″. The background was ink-blended with Distress Oxide inks and I love the sparkling splatters that were added to all the layers. Camping is one of the outdoor activities that Canadian loves and there are so many adorable images you can choose from this set to create a fun camping scene! Ashley‘s scene is so adorable, what a fun way to wish someone Happy Birthday!

How adorable is Stephanie’s happy scene! I love how she added the marshmallows on sticks on both the characters! Looks like they are having such a great time! The mountain & landscapes were created using the die cuts from the Mountain Landscape Scene Builder set.

I love the addition of the little beaver (one of the most iconic animals of Canada!) and the punny sentiment is just so much fun!

The Mountain Landscape Scene Builder set also comes with this large stencil that will help you create beautiful landscape details such as grassy hill highlights, snowy hill tops, or even rocky mountains!

Candice created a gorgeous scene using the Mysterious Egypt stamp set! All of her images were colored using Copic Markesr with the additional of some gold Gelly Roll accents, and die-cut using the coordinating dies. She made a mini-slimline measuring 6 3/8 x 3 5/8″. The front dotted borders panel was die-cut using one of the rectangle dies from the Cinematic Shadow Box Stand Alone Die which will be showcased later this week. I love how she stamped out the pyramid images with brown ink which really goes well with her blended hilly slopes background. Before adhering her card onto the card base, she ran a bronze paint pen around the edges, which is really cool as it adds some extra shine that matches the gold on the mini characters’ outfits!

Allison’s card is super cool! She used several different blue shades of Ranger alcohol ink on yupo paper, along with some gold mixative. She also pressed gold foil into the alcohol ink piece when it was almost dry so that it would stick to some of the spots that were still wet. I really love how she stamped the camel with versamark ink onto gold card stock and then heat embossed with white powder! The combination of gold cardstock and white power create such a sharp look! And I love the added touch of gemstones! I also love how she placed her other gold heat embossed images diagonally with partial die-cutting!

Finally, we have here my card. I made this slimline pull tab interactive card using the Mysterious Egypt stamp set and the Dotted Borders Slimline Pull Tab stand-alone dies which will be showcased that later this week. Check out my video below or on our YouTube channel to see how I created the desert landscape and the three dimensional sand dunes background using the Desert Scene Builder Dies + Stencil (2 in 1) set! This new set gives you the tools for making beautiful and unique landscapes, especially on slimline cards!
