She stamped the hugging kitties image from My BFF onto a heart and colored them using Copic markers.
I love how she die cut two hearts and placed them behind the kitties to create a focal point!
She also white heat embossed the sentiment and added some embellishments to finish off the card.

First I created my background using the Hello Sunshine Stencils 360°TM combined with the Stencils 360°TM tool. I used Spun Sugar, Picked Raspberry, Wilted Violet and Shaded Lilac for my ink blending. You’ll notice that instead of sticking to one side of my stencil, I flipped my stencil to the other side for inking as well. I really like the added depth that this little trick creates.
Then I took a large sentiment from the Words From the Heart (Chapter 1) stamp set and silver heat embossed it to my card. And finally, I added gems along the inner diameter of the circular patterns for some extra sparkle!
With the Stencils 360°TM tool, she blended Distress Oxide inks on the Summer Blossom Stencil using Picked Raspberry, Wilted Violet, Cracked Pistachio, and Squeezed Lemonade, at a rotation angle of 22.5 degrees. Sounds difficult? Not all all, just jump from one Heart symbol to another, and it’s super easy to do and takes very little time!
The “Thank You” sentiment from the Heartfelt Notes stamp set was stamped directly in the middle of the panel using Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide ink. This stamp is designed to fit perfectly in the middle of this Summer Blossom Design!
Her card was cut using the largest Dots-Meets-Dashes rectangle die which gives her this standard A2 size card with the lovely border detailing. The color combination on this card is just stunning!
Thank you so much for your beautiful inspiration Ashley!
