A Calm Silhouette Scene With Candice!

Hi everyone, hope you’re having a wonderful weekend! There’s still time to join our card challenge #27 – Sea Moodboard. Today Candice is back to share her card inspired by this month’s challenge!

I love her ink blended background with Distress Oxide inks in colors inspired by this month’s palette (Villainous Potion, Seedless Preserves, Blueprint Sketch, Peacock Feathers,Speckled Egg).

She stamped out the balloons from Life Is A Carnival and colored them with a black pigment marker.

From black cardstock, she diecut the two building skylines from the Outdoor Ice Rink Scene Builder set and adhered them to the bottom of her card.

She finished her card with a white heat embossed sentiment from We Are Right for Each Other and using a mix of white colored pencil and gelly roll for the highlights. I love the pop of colors from the scattered sequins!

This month’s challenge runs until July 30th at 11:59 PDT. We’ll select a winner to receive a $25 CAD gift certificate to ppstamps.com from challenge #27 and #28 which will be announced on September 1st at the beginning of challenge #29!

A Clean and Simple card with Candice!

Hi everyone! Our Fall/Winter 2021 New Release is just around the corner and I cannot wait to show you what we have to offer!

Candice created this gorgeous card inspired by our current Challenge happening over on our Challenge Blog: Clean and Simple!

She created a cute little scene by stamping the sweet little girl, puppy, and cheese from the Enchanting Paris stamp set and covering each with a mask.

Then she stamped the bench so it would appear in the background – love this idea! The she did some really pretty Copic-colouring on these adorable images!

Finally she added the fun sentiment and some gems to finish off the card!

Thank you Candice for sharing this beautiful creation! I love a sweet simple one layer card!

A Charming Summer Palette Inspired Encouragement Card with Candice!

Hi everyone! It’s been a while since I’ve last posted on the blog. I have been super busy preparing for our Fall/Winter 2021 New Release and I cannot wait to show you what we have to offer!

The weather over here in Vancouver is getting a little cooler lately, and looks like Fall is just around the corner! But just before autumn, Candice is back to share this fun encouragement card inspired by the summer colour palette of our current Challenge happening over on our Challenge Blog!

Candice used the Hearts Bouquet Stencils 360°™ and created this fun spiral effect by masking off half the hearts and blending in alternating light and dark purple inks.

She stamped and Copic-coloured the cute little bunny and tree from My BFF stamp set, and then cut them out with the coordinating dies.

Lastly, she white heat embossed the sentiment onto a black strip and adhered everything down to the card!

Thank you Candice for sharing this lovely creation!
