A Super Sweet Happy Birthday Card by Anja!

Hello crafty friends, happy Thursday! Let’s keep up social distancing and continue to connect virtually with friends and family!

Today Anja’s back to share a super sweet Happy Birthday card with us.

Anja die cut some white cardstock with the largest die from the Dots Meet Dashes Large Rectangle Overlay stand alone die to give some nice looking boarder details. She stamped out images were from The Sweetest Truck stamp set, Copic colored them and cut them out using the coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts.

I love that she had both the cute bear server and the little girl looking out the window of the truck.

She blended her background using Mustard See, Spiced Marmalade and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide Inks. These colors go cohesively with her colored images. I love how she masked of a portion on the panel while blending to leave a thick white boarder for some bold contrast.

She then white heat embossed the Happy Birthday sentiment with on black cardstock.

For some final touches, she stamped the tiny starts and hearts in matching inks to create a tone-on-tone effect. She also added some glossy accents over the windows of the truck for some shimmer and shine!

Thank you Anja for sharing this sweet creation! A clean and simple card is always the best!

Fun Adventure Slimline Scene with Davina!

Hi Guy! Davina is back to share a super brilliant slimline card featuring our Fun Adventure stamp set and coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts.

I love how she colored the cute images from the set to blend in with the color of the background she chose. The little white gel pen details highlight the images so beautifully.

Some of the images were cut with fun foam for added dimension.

I love how she placed a cluster of images on both sides with the big letter die-cuts in the middle portion. The composition of this card is just cleverly thought out.

For a bit of sparkle, she added small tone matching sequins to finish off her card.

Thank you so much Davina for your awesome inspiration!

Have a wonderful day!

Lynnea’s Quick & Easy Summer Sunshine Tutorial

Hi guys! Lynnea’s up on our YouTube channel with a quick and easy tutorial today featuring our Summer Sunshine stamp set and coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts!

She used a stitched cover die to die cut watercolor cardstock to create the four “scene” rectangles. She then added Worn Lipstick, Fossilized Amber, Tumbled Glass, and Twisted Citron inks to them. The added water spritz gives it some nice extra texture.

I also love the black bold sentiment banner on white card stock positioned right in the middle of the card, which just fits flawlessly here to the four scenes!

Check out her process tutorial below or visit our channel!

Thank you so much Lynnea! We always love a fun card!

Thank you so much for visiting, enjoy your weekend everybody!

Anja’s Fun Adventure creation!

Hi, I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend! Today Anja shares with us a charming card featuring products from our recent release, Fun Adventure stamp set and coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts.

I love how she used masking to create a bold white cross to form the main structure of the card.

The Distress Oxide ink blending on this card is so awesome! She chose Tumbled Glass, Tattered Rose, Worn Lipstick and Scattered Straw. I also love sharp and vibrant colors on these cute images. The blended background quadrants compliment these beautifully coloured images perfectly!

She finishes off the card with the bold black sentiment “ADVENTURE” which really pops!

Thank you Anja for this wonderful inspiration! We absolutely love this card!

Fun Adventure and Bee Happy cards with Karin!

Hi there! I’m super excited to share today’s cards created by our Featured Designer Karin Åkesdotter!

Karin selected 1:1 proportion for both of her cards which I really love!

On the first card, Karin used our Fun Adventure stamp set and coordinating dies.

I adore the beautifully ink blended sky she created. She stamped multiple times the trees and the mountains to create this charming landscape background.

For the foreground she colored in these cute little images which pop out nicely from the bright white background. I love the little cheek detailing on these characters!^.^

For Karin’s second card, she used one of our earlier release, Bee Happy stamp set and its coordinating dies. I love bold white frame which sets the focal point for the bee couple and the honey jar.

The snowy background pairs nicely with the lovely blended blue sky.

Karin, thank you so much for your awesome inspirations!
