Hello there! Time flies, today is our last day of Sneak Peeks! I’m super excited that tomorrow we will be starting the Full Reveal and Inspirational Chapter for our Fall 2020 Release and it is something to celebrate for!
I made a bright and vibrant card for today. The colorful graphics on this card were ink blended using our new tool along with a set of two stencils (we’ll be revealing our new tool tomorrow!) These products combined to give this gorgeous pattern overlays that mimics fireworks in the sky!
The stencils that I’ve used here are super versatile. You can use them separately, or in many different ways to create different patterns and hence totally different designs.
The 3D image was from the same stamp set which I showed a glimpse of earlier on Sneak Peek Day 4. This image coordinates and fits perfectly in the middle of the graphics.
I hope this card will inspire you to make something bold and beautiful!
Be sure to come back tomorrow for our Reveal and Inspirational Chapter. Starting tomorrow, we will showcase our new products with Intro Videos, Design Team samples, and of course, Giveaways!
Hello crafty friends! I can’t believe it is already Sneak Peek Day 5! Tomorrow will be the last day of Sneak Peeks, followed by our Reveal and Inspirational Chapter starting on 9 Sep with Giveaways, so stick around!
Today’s card is all about designing wreaths! I believe we’ve all built wreaths before using stamps which is fun. But have you tried to build a wreath using a single stencil? If you have, it would have taken you much needed time for the tracing and masking in the past.
What if I told you that with our new tools, you’ll be able to create colorful wreaths with only a single stencil, AND, without the need for masking?
My card here today is an example of what I described. I created this by ink blending distress oxide inks on a single stencil along our new gadget, without any tracing or masking! It is super fun to do. The great thing is I only had to clean my stencil once at the end!
Later in the week, I will have a video for you on how to create a card like this, so stay tuned!
The stamped image in the centre comes from our new release. We have some beautiful and heart warming sentiments coming your way! For my card base, I used our Splendorlux Oro – Heavy Weight Premium Cardstock to give it a classic elegant look.
Hope you like today’s sneak peek! Thanks for visiting!
Hi everyone! Let’s continue on with our Sneak Peeks! Today’s card is made with some of my favourite products from this release.
I created this due-tone floral graphics on my card. I ink blended this using Picked Raspberry and Wilted Violet Distress Oxide inks on a single stencil! I find this type of overlaid patterns to be very intriguing!
And I’m delighted to say that this complex yet elegant design wouldn’t have been possible without our new tool! Stick around to find out more!
The stamped image in the centre is also from our new release. I love that this 3D image creates a the vision of having scripty fonts engraved onto a black sphere.
To finish off this card, I added some bright yellow enamel dots to give it a contrasting color! I hope you like today’s card! Stay close for our Reveal & Inspiration Chapter which begins next Wednesday 9 Sep!
I love that she had both the cute bear server and the little girl looking out the window of the truck.
She blended her background using Mustard See, Spiced Marmalade and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide Inks. These colors go cohesively with her colored images. I love how she masked of a portion on the panel while blending to leave a thick white boarder for some bold contrast.
She then white heat embossed the Happy Birthday sentiment with on black cardstock.
For some final touches, she stamped the tiny starts and hearts in matching inks to create a tone-on-tone effect. She also added some glossy accents over the windows of the truck for some shimmer and shine!
Thank you Anja for sharing this sweet creation! A clean and simple card is always the best!

Dots Meet Dashes Large Rectangles Overlays – Stand-Alone DieDots Meet Dashes Small Rectangles Overlays – Stand-Alone Die
These two sets coordinate perfectly with each other. The largest rectangle from the Large Overlays is 5.5″ x 4.25″, which is the size of the standard A2 card. The largest rectangle from the Small Overlays is 5″ x 3.75″. Besides giving you the most unique boarder detailing for your cards, they can be used to create layerings, and frames with simple modifications. These are for sure essential must-have items in your craft room.
Now let’s see what our Creative Team has created for us with these dies!
First we have Anja’s Easter greeting card! Her neat and simple card really makes the beautiful boarder details stand out! She used 3 different dies from the 2 sets. For the base, she chose a flowery patterned paper. For the middle layer she used just white cardstock and for the top layer she ink blended the white cardstock with scattered straw and squeezed lemonade Distress Oxide Inks. This card looks so elegant! She also used images from the My BFF stamps and cut them out with the coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts.
Ashley made for us a 2-layer card. Her chevron patterned paper was cut using the Dots Meets Dashes (large size) die to fit a standard-sized card base. A smaller die was used to cut out a white piece, and then an even smaller die was used with an embossing mat to produce an embossed rectangular dots-meets-dashes pattern, inset into the piece. Such a clever idea! The adorable seal and sentiment are from The More We Get Together stamp set.
I really love the embossing technique that she used for this card. Head over to our YouTube channel and check out her video tutorial!
Up next is Vera’s card. Not only she added a boarder detailing with the largest die cut, she also used of one of the smaller rectangle die to create two dots and dashes frames for her card by cutting out the two extra windows. The cute couple is from The Sweetest Truck stamp set and the rest of the images and sentiments are from the There’s No One Like You stamp set.
Then we have Davina’s card. I love her choice of the bold patterned papers. The beautifully inked circular die cut pieces were used as canvases for her images. I just love the composition of everything! All of the images and sentiment are from The More We Get Together stamp set.
