Please continue to visit our blog for the rest of the week for some fun and awesome projects from our talented Creative Team and myself. Today we have 2 more stand-alone die to showcase so let’s get to it! If you missed our Day 1 Intro + Giveaway, click HERE so you don’t miss out!

Today’s first showcase is the Cinematic Shadow Box stand-alone dies. Unlike other smaller shadow boxes you’ve seen, this die set allows you to create a much wider box to house even more adorable characters for the perfect scene!  With the background panel plus 4 nos. of insert tabs, you can have as many as 5 layers in your shadow box with the 2″ depth! How awesome is that?!

Check out this amazing scene Ashley created with this Cinematic Shadow Box! Her background was ink blended beautifully using Distress Oxide inks in Crackling Campfire, Wild Honey and Fossilized Amber with a touch of gold splatter. She placed her adorable images from the Beautiful Africa stamp set on the four insert tabs. She stamped out a sweet sentiment from the set onto the front decorative panel. This card is super fun and vibrant!

Stephanie designed this card with the idea of a Luau in mind. I love how she added the wavy slopes (die cut from the Desert Landscape Scene Builder dies) to the insert tabs. She also used the Mountain Landscape Scene Builder die to add the mountains silhouette on her back panel! The cute images from Aloha Hawaii stamp set were arranged on the different levels of the Cinematic Shadow Box. What an awesome scene!

Candice used images from the Beautiful Africa stamp set for her shadow box. I love how she ink blended her two side panels and all of the 5 insert tabs with Distress Oxide Ink in Cracked Pistachio to achieve the green forest look! The blue sky was also beautifully blended. The punny sentiment “You Are Ele-Phantastic” finished off the card perfectly!

I made my shadow box using stamps from Bond With Nature Canada. The best thing about this card is that the completed shadow box folds flat to fit a slimline #9 or #10 envelope! Do you see the stitched rocky mountains at the back of the card? These were created using the Mountain Landscape Scene Builder Dies + Stencil set! This new 2 in 1 set gives the perfect way for creating beautiful landscapes.

As promised, please click HERE to watch the step by step video on our YouTube Channel!

The next product we’d like to showcase today is the Dotted Borders Slimline Pull Tab stand-alone dies! This set has four different lengths of slit die cuts you can choose from to cut out tracks to form the moving mechanism. This set also includes two slimline rectangle stackables with neat and simple dotted borders that is ideal for all different types of greeting cards!

Allison made an incredible scene using the images from Beautiful Africa. She colored all images with Copics. I love how she altered the images of the jeep and the little girl, combined them with the pull tab mechanism to make it look like she was cruising in the jeep – how clever! I also like how she layered the trees for the added dimension. To finish off she added a super sweet sentiment “I love you, no lion”!

Gladys’s card is super adorable. I love how she arranged her pull tab to make the lion (from Beautiful Africa) appear from behind the bush! It sure will put a smile on the recipient’s face! I also adore the soft-tone she adopted, which adds a special warm vibe to this safari scene!

If you’ve been following since our Sneak Peeks, you would have seen my card above. I created a desert scene with images from Beautiful Africa. The three dimensional sand dunes were created using the Desert Landscape Scene Builder Dies & Stencil Set. This new set gives you the tools for making beautiful and unique landscapes, especially on slimline cards. I adhered the camel to my pull tab to make it stroll along the desert! Reveal & Insiprational Chapter Day 3

Spring 2021 New Release – Reveal & Inspirational Chapter – Day 3

Spring 2021 New Release Schedule

Hello and welcome back to Day 3 of our Reveal & Inspirational Chapter. Our new Spring Release can now be Pre-Ordered at www.ppstamps.com! YAYYY!!!!! Grab the FREE GIFT with purchase of 80CAD+/65USD+! This key chain is super adorable and features one of our favourite characters from the Rabbit Café stamp set! So take advantage of this awesome deal while supplies last!

Please continue to visit our blog this week for some fun and awesome projects from our talented Creative Team and myself. Today we have 3 more new stand-alone dies to showcase! If you missed our Day 1 Intro + GIVEAWAY, make sure you click HERE for chances to win!

First we have the Twist-N-Pop Surprise stand-alone die! This set is super versatile and is perfect for creating greeting cards for various occasions.   This set comes with a polaroid frame and a backing panel of the same size. The width of these match perfectly to the centre tab on the die-cut base. The frame pop-ups as you twist on one side of the base.

Gladys made a colorful card using this Twist-N-Pop Surprise stand-alone die. I love how she created these beach scenes! She decorated both sides of her pop-up piece using two polaroid frames and same adorable images from the Aloha Hawaii stamps set! How fun are these punny sentiments! She then cut out some bright patterned paper with the decorative panel die cut. The base of the card was cut with our new Vintage Beetle cardstock.

The best thing about this card is that it folds flat for mailing and it fits into a 6 x 6″ square envelope! The recipient will open up the card by flipping it on one side as centre piece pops up!

Another great thing about this die set is that this pop-up mechanism will work with any centre piece that you want to add to the card. You can therefore interchange the polaroid frame with another element, such as the I Made You A Cake stand-alone die to create a one of a kind birthday surprise! That’s what I did the example below.

II used Fashion Week to cut out my card base. I made two exact same 2-tier birthday cakes and adhere them on each side of the centre tab of the base. I then stamped out two sentiment from the It’s Your Day stamp set onto the sentiment tab die-cut pieces.

For my second card, I used the polaroid frames and created two different scenes using Aloha Hawaii stamps set & coordinating dies. I used Apple Green cardstock for my decorative panels. Watch my step-by-step tutorial over on our YouTube Channel!

The last product we want to showcase today is called the Gingerbread Man Gift Display! I really adore this die cut as it gives you so many options! This set includes not only the dies you need to create the most adorable gingerbread man, it also has all the accessory die cuts necessary to further turn it into earrings or necklace holder display, or an EOS lip balm holder.  It even includes a mini pocket die cut!

In my first example, I turned the cute gingerebread man into an EOS lip balm holder. The circular die in the set easily makes it a perfect fit!

For my second gingerbread man, I used the slit die cut to create a display holder for a necklace. I also glued the mini pocket onto the back of the gingerbread man to help store the necklace.

In my last example, I used the customized double U-shaped die cut and turned my gingerbread man into a pair of earrings display card! This set is super fun and will turn a simple gift into something handmade-special while bringing a smile to the recipient’s face!

That concludes our inspirations for today! I truly hope you’ve enjoyed today’s showcase of stand-alone dies, Twist-N-Pop, I Made You A Cake and Gingerbread Man Gift Display! If you haven’t done so, head over to our Day 1 Post and participate in our GIVEAWAYS!  You have until 26 Mar 11:59pm PST to enter.  We really hope you will play along with us! Winners will be announced on our Blog and on Instagram on 27 Mar!

We will continue to have lots of wonderful products and projects to showcase this week so don’t forget to visit us again tomorrow for our next post! Thank you so much for stopping by. Have a wonderful day!

A Colorful Interactive Friendship Card by Ashley!

Hello crafty friends! Ashley is back today to share a beautiful friendship card featuring the My BFF stamps set and coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts! Check out her full video tutorial HERE!

I love the pinkish inked background that Ashley had created. She used Distress Oxide inks in Picked Raspberry and Spun Sugar, with a cloudy stencil. For the hillside grassy fields, she used Distress Oxide inks in Lucky Clover and Twisted Citron, together with a grassy stencil. She also used the largest die from the Dots Meets Dashes Large Rectangle Overlays stand-alone die for the boarder detail.

All of the images are from the My BFF stamp set, and were colored with Copic markers. See how some of the images from the set can be used as clouds as well as leaf clusters? I can’t get enough of these cute smiley faces!

I love that she added a wavy slider channel for the kitty in the trolley to glide across the hillside!

She stamped out the sentiment “Thank you for being a great friend” from the set in Versafine Onyx Black ink.

Finally she splattered some sequins to add some extra sparkle to this dreamy scene!

Thank you so much Ashley! This scene is just full of fun and happiness!

Jo’s Coffee-Themed Shaker Card Video

Hi guys! Jo is here today to share a super fun and clever design! She used a combination of our older and newer sets to create this awesome coffee-themed shaker card! You can watch the video below or CLICK HERE to watch it on our YouTube Channel!

To fit the coffee theme, Jo chose a brownish caramel tone for her card panels. I love how she used the Dots Meet Dashes Large Rectangle Overlays stand-alone dies and the Dots Meet Dashes Small Rectangle Overlays stand-alone dies to create the backdrop and her shaker card window. For the shaker elements, she used coffee beans and chocolate chips which are absolutely perfect additions for this card!

She used the cute little couple from The Sweetest Truck stamp set as her main characters. I love that she used the bowls from the Hot Mama stamp set to mimic the coffee cups that the couple is holding in their hands. The stacks of coffee beans are from the There’s No One Like You stamp set.

To add more dynamics to her card, she combined the steamy swirls from There’s No One Like You stamp set and adhered them on top of the coffee cups! The punny sentiment, “You’ve bean the best friend” is the ideal finishing touch to her card!

Thank you so much Jo for inspiring us today with this coffee-themed friendship card!

Thanks for stopping by our blog, have a great weekend!

A Super Sweet Happy Birthday Card by Anja!

Hello crafty friends, happy Thursday! Let’s keep up social distancing and continue to connect virtually with friends and family!

Today Anja’s back to share a super sweet Happy Birthday card with us.

Anja die cut some white cardstock with the largest die from the Dots Meet Dashes Large Rectangle Overlay stand alone die to give some nice looking boarder details. She stamped out images were from The Sweetest Truck stamp set, Copic colored them and cut them out using the coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts.

I love that she had both the cute bear server and the little girl looking out the window of the truck.

She blended her background using Mustard See, Spiced Marmalade and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide Inks. These colors go cohesively with her colored images. I love how she masked of a portion on the panel while blending to leave a thick white boarder for some bold contrast.

She then white heat embossed the Happy Birthday sentiment with on black cardstock.

For some final touches, she stamped the tiny starts and hearts in matching inks to create a tone-on-tone effect. She also added some glossy accents over the windows of the truck for some shimmer and shine!

Thank you Anja for sharing this sweet creation! A clean and simple card is always the best!
