A Fun Rainbow Hue Card with Bobbi!

Hi guys! We hope you enjoyed our first-ever blog hop last week! If you haven’t yet, please head to our hop and leave your comments for a chance to win our Giveaway!

Today, Bobbi made for us a beautiful rainbow hue card featuring our Hello Sunshine Stencils 360°TM, the Never Give Up stamp set and coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts!

This card is just so full of energy!! Bobbi used the Stencils 360°TM and the Hello Sunshine Stencil to create a gorgeous ray of beams for the border of the card, creating a focal point in the centre. I love how she created her own turning interval when blending with the Hello Sunshine Stencil.

I really like how colourful she made all of the characters look! Everything comes together and it is so fun and cheerful! It’s like a super happy sushi family portrait! I love how she even added a faux tile backsplash to the counter!

She also decorated the inside of the card by using a trimmed portion from her original 6″ x 6″ card that she blended – so clever! She stamped out one of the images from the Words From the Heart (Chapter 2) stamp set, “Happy Mail” along with three cute images on the inside.

This card makes a great variety of cards, for example, encouragement cards, just-because cards, thinking of you cards, etc. Who could resist these cute pieces of sushi!

Thank you Bobbi for your wonderful inspiration! What a great way to start the day!

Slimline Picnic Scene with Anja!

Hi guys! Wish you all had a very Happy Canada Day yesterday. Today we have Anja sharing another slimline card with us!

This slimline is telling a story and I love it! Anja combined images from The Sweetest Truck, Never Give Up, My BFF, Summer Sunshine and the Bee Happy stamp sets!

She die cut 3 stitched slimline panels to create the sky and the grassy hills scene. I love the Distress Oxide ink blending on the background. She used Tumbled Glass for the sky, and Mowed Lawn and Shabby Shutters for the grassy hills.

I love the smiley trees which are built using the images from My BFF stamp set, the bunnies, flowers, butterflies and the kitty in the trolley are also from the same set.

The other characters are a mixture of images from Summer Sunshine, Sweetest Truck and the Bee Happy stamp sets. All of the images were colored using Copics and aren’t they lovely!!

I love that she added some cute refreshments on the table (those adorable sushis are from Never Give Up stamp set) to make the scene even more interesting! Looks like this bunch is having a great party!

She assembled her card using both liquid glue and foam tape to create a bit of dimension to the card.

Thank you Anja! This scene is so full of fun!

A Super Fun Slimline Card with Davina!

Hello! Davina is back to share a super cool slimline card for us today! She combined many different stamp sets for this amazing card, let’s see how she did it!

She stamped out images from the Rabbit CaféThe Sweetest TruckFun Adventure, and Never Give Up stamp sets. I love that she colored up all of the images using a sherbet hued rainbow of colors! I love the ink blended background with the splatter of white and glittery inks.

She arranged her images into a super gorgeous scene. She compiled it as if these little characters are in a food fair! I really love how she used the café house from the Rabbit Cafe stamp set and turned it into a sushi stall! And she even turned the ice cream truck from The Sweetest Truck stamp set into a coffee truck serving beverages! So cute!

I also love how she had the soy sauce from the Never Give Up stamp set as one of those large inflatable things that are outside of shops and at fair grounds. She even created a tilt slider for it to wiggle back and forth attracting customers! How cool is that!

I love the way she masked the ice cream images on the original ice cream truck from The Sweetest Truck and replaced them with coffee and matcha tea images. She used the tiny coffee themed words from There’s No One Like You, and stamp them on the truck and even added the little cup of from the Rabbit Café stamp set on top of the truck!

She also added some decorative elements such as the trees and the directional signages from the Fun Adventure stamp set to make it more interesting!

Thank you so much Davina! I love that you mix and match so many cute images from the different stamp sets, and altering some of them to create this huge and fun scene!

I hope you are inspired by this awesome creation! Thanks for stopping by!

A Cute & Fun Encouragement Card With Anja!

Hi guys, today we have Anja back with us sharing her fun encouragement card!

I really just love this sushi tower that she made! She stamped, colored the images from Never Give Up stamp set, and die cut them using the coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts.

I love how she used a few layers for this card. She ink blended her top panel with Scattered Straw and Dried Marigold Distress Oxide ink. Her choice of patterned paper back panel really matches the theme of her card!

Besides using the Dots Meet Dashes Large Rectangle Overlays for some boarder details, she also used an extra white cardstock underneath the top panel for an added white boarder for contrast.

To finish off, she white heat embossed the sentiment “Nothing Is Kimbapssible” on a black strip of cardstock.

Thank you Anja, your card is so adorable! Thanks for stopping by, enjoy your day!

Awesome Sushi Food Truck by Davina!

Hi guys! I’m so excited to show you Davina’s awesome creation for today! She made a cute sushi food truck scene using several products from our recent release!

I love how she did some magical masking on the ice cream truck from The Sweetest Truck stamp set. Then she stamped sushis on the truck instead. How cool is that!

I love the big kimbap advertising sitting on top of the truck! Her images were colored with Copics and die cut using the coordinating cuts.

I really like the bright red truck backed by the night sky and grassy setting. It is so much fun!

She used the Dots Meet Dashes Rectangle Overlays on the card panels for the boarder details. I love that she inked up the edges of her colored cardstock for the added texture and depth. She finished her card with some big letter die cuts and a couple more cute images as decoration. Check out more detail on this card over on Davina’s blog!
