Love the sparkle she added to the fairy’s wings and on the background as final touches! Thank you Mimi, your card is so magical!

Bubble Bath Digital Stamp Cricut Joy Extra Print then Cut

The Final Inspiration of the Year 2023!

Hello friends! As we wrap up this amazing year, I’d like to thank all of you for your support and your love for Penguin Palace!

I know we haven’t had too many releases launched in the past year however I am grateful that we have our wonderful and loyal customers who love our products! This year we were a part of two very successful card making summits and we also launched our collection of Digital Stamps! As our last inspiration for the year, I’d like to share with you a card I made featuring one of the Digi stamps in the shop, Bubble Bath!

Last month I also took the plunge and bought my very first Cricut machine, the Cricut Joy Xtra which I’m really excited about! Today I am sharing a video which shows you every step that I took from unboxing my new Cricut Joy Xtra to setting up the machine, calibration, and trying out the print then cut function on some digital stamps! It includes MUST-SEE TIPS, and MISTAKES that I made as a complete newbie to a cricut machine!

I just love this adorable little puppy!! For my background I use the Cyber Wallpaper stencil and ink blended with Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide. I also added a 1/4″ border using a holographic cardstock panel.

Check out my video below or head over to our Youtube Channel to watch! Please leave me a comment as I’d love to learn more about this new machine!

Finally I want to wish all of you a Happy, Healthy and Properous NEW YEAR!

A Creative Just Because Card with Mimi!

Hello crafty friends! Hope you all had a lovely Easter! Today we are back with Mimi who is sharing a her adorable card featuring the latest Crafty Friend Digi stamp set.

Mimi used the Classroom Scene Builder stand-alone dies to set the scene. I love how she turned these classroom shelves into dreamy craft supplies storage!

She cleverly imported one of the sentiments into an image editing program and turned the bold letters into an outlined version! She printed it on white cardstock and then die cut it using a stitched frame die for added details.

She printed the other cute images from the Crafty Friend digi set, colored and fussy cut them. She also colored the outlined sentiment in a pastel rainbow hue to match the colors of the crafty storage.

I love how she also added images from other digi sets to complete the card. The potted plants are from In Love With London and the bags of snacks are from Kawaii Japan. I love how she used the snacks images as little jars for this charming little craft room, so pretty!

Finally she added the cute envelop onto the girl’s hand (from Inseparable stamp set) to complete the card!

Thank you so much Mimi! Your card is so beautiful and inspiring!

She Copic colored a few of the landmarks of London from the stamp set and cleverly arranged them onto her card, including the Tower Bridge, Big Ben, London Eye and the iconic red phone booth!

Cute Critters on Cards Never Get Old!

Hello friends! We have a super cute card by Heejung to share with you today!

These cute critters are from our latest Digi stamp Beautiful Brazil!

To set the scene, Heejung used the Woodland Scene Builder Layered die set to create a forest background. I love how she further framed this with a nice wide border.

The bright and bold color combination sure gives an ambience of liveliness!

The hearts confetti also elevates the scene and give it an even more festive vibe!

Thank you so much Heejung for your wonderful inspiration!
