Beautiful Floral Thank You Card by Karen

Hi friends! Karen is back to share another gorgeous creation with us!

Her card features the So Blessed stamp set and coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts from our Spring/Summer Release.

I love the placement of the flower bouquets in opposite corners which compliments the scripty sentiment in the center perfectly!

I also love the combination of the white heat embossed images and water colors which brings a very elegant feel!

All of the images and sentiments were die cut using the coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts in which you can find a large die that cuts out all of the sentiments strips at once – is a super time saver! The rounded corners on the sentiment strip also gives it a unique finishing touch.

Thank you so much Karen for your charming inspiration!

Spring 2021 New Release Sneak Peek Day 3

Spring 2021 New Release – Sneak Peek Day 3

Spring 2021 New Release Schedule

Hello crafty friends! Welcome to Day 3 of Sneak Peeks on our upcoming release! As a papercrafter, I like to try creating different styles of cards. I definitely love making cute and whimsical cards; nonetheless, I also love to create floral cards that have a more classic or elegant look. At least that was my goal for today’s sneak peek ^.^!

As I mentioned, this release has something for EVERYONE! If you adore floral cards, be sure to check out this new circular stencil, Spring Blooms Stencils 360°TM. If you haven’t tried our new tool yet, now’s the time! You’ll find that this tool is super easy to use, and it is also fun and additive!

Take this stencil for a spin, and you will be able to create a colorful floral background in just a few minutes, without the need for masking/tracing. The design of this stencil is clean, simple, and would definitely make a great card for any occasion!

I chose a pastel palette for my card. I blended a combination of Shaded Lilac, Twisted Citron, Spun Sugar, Squeezed Lemonade, Pumice Stone and Cracked Pistachio on every turn. After just 5 turns of 60° (ie. jumping from solid circle to solid circle on the Base), the background was complete!

I used ‘Crown Me’ dye ink by Simon Hurley Create to stamp out the image “THANK YOU”, which is from our Heartfelt Notes stamp set. For a final touch of detail, I thought a lacy border would compliment the background of this card. What’s your take on it?

I hope you enjoyed today’s sneak peek. Be sure to come back tomorrow for more!

A Quick & Simple Valentine’s Day Themed Thank You Card with Jo!

Hello! We have a new video up on our YouTube Channel. Jo is sharing a simple yet adorable Valentine’s Day themed Thank You card using some of our older products.

First she used the largest die cut from our Dots Meet Dashes Large Rectangles Overlay to cut out an A2 size card.

I love the color palette on this card which I think really matches the mermaid and Valentine’s Day theme. She blended Peacock Feathers, Tumbled Glass and Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide Inks onto the Rain of Hearts stencil.

She used the cute mermaid from the Get Well Soon stamp set. I love the way she colored the mermaid’s hair, so pretty! The scripty sentiment Heartfelt Thanks is from the Heartfelt Notes stamp set. She stamped it onto a pre-cut heart using the heart-shaped die from the Warmest Wishes and Heartfelt Notes – Coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts. This die set is super versatile as you can use it for all types of cards.

Finally she added some matching colors heart stickers to complete her card! Thank you Jo, this card is super adorable! Check out how she put this card together over on our YouTube channel!

Thanks for stopping by!

A Stylish Floral Card with Ashley!

Hi friends, we’re back today with Ashley’s gorgeous card.

I just love the overlays on this card! Ashley used the Summer Blossom stencil on a piece of white cardstock.

With the Stencils 360°TM tool, she blended Distress Oxide inks on the Summer Blossom Stencil using Picked Raspberry, Wilted Violet, Cracked Pistachio, and Squeezed Lemonade, at a rotation angle of 22.5 degrees. Sounds difficult? Not all all, just jump from one Heart symbol to another, and it’s super easy to do and takes very little time!

The “Thank You” sentiment from the Heartfelt Notes stamp set was stamped directly in the middle of the panel using Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide ink. This stamp is designed to fit perfectly in the middle of this Summer Blossom Design!

Her card was cut using the largest Dots-Meets-Dashes rectangle die which gives her this standard A2 size card with the lovely border detailing. The color combination on this card is just stunning!

Thank you so much for your beautiful inspiration Ashley!

One Large Canvas • Two Amazing Cards – with Ashley!

Hi crafty friends, happy Monday! Today we have Ashley with us sharing a pair of cards she created using the Stencils 360°TM and the Sacred Lotus Stencils.

Ashley chose the largest size Paper Positioner and used a 7 1/2″ piece of white cardstock as her canvas. To begin, she blended alternating colours of Distress Oxide inks in Speckled Egg, and Chipped Sapphire on just one of the stencil (Barrel 2) from the Sacred Lotus Stencil set, jumping from one heart symbol to another (ie. turning her stencil at 22.5° at each rotation); while leaving one out of every four rotations blank to later position her heat embossed petals.

After she’s done all her ink blending, she used Versamark ink and added silver embossing powder on the remaining petals. I just love the shimmery look with the heat embossing!

She cut the entire canvas in two halves and used the second largest rectangle die from the Dots Meets Dashes rectangle stand-alone die cuts to cut a matching panel out of each half. These panels each measures 3 3/4″ x 5″.

These beautiful scripty sentiments were from the Heartfelt Wishes stamp set.

I love the silver foil card bases as they go really well with the heat embossed petals.

She finally added a scatter of gems to each card for some extra glitter!

Don’t forget to check out her video tutorial below or over on our YouTube Channel!

Thank you so much Ashley! These cards are so amazing!
